Teresa Diane (McCarty) Young

Teresa Diane (McCarty) Young, 63, wife of Dale Ray Young, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 30. 2022 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Staunton on June 2, 1959, a daughter of the late Nellie Rae (McClain) McCarty.

Teresa was an avid volunteer for the Potter’s House Food Pantry in Stuarts Draft. She loved her family very much, especially all of her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Christopher J. Young, and wife, Amy; her daughter, Jody L. Rimel, and husband, Charlie; and her grandchildren, Ethan S. Losh, Madison M. Losh, Lillian G. Losh, Serenity P. Young, Sven A. Rimel, and Katrin L. Rimel

All services will be private.
