Angie Bezik founded Principle Advantage in 2009 after serving as a Legislative Director for a member of the Virginia General Assembly and leading the Hampton Roads office of a Richmond-based lobbying firm. She also co-owns a co-working space dedicated to advocacy organizations called The Capitol Caucus.

Angie and the Principle Advantage team represent clients to drive policy changes, (changes to state code and budget provisions), ensuring emergent and expanding industries can reach their desired goals. They work to build opportunities through “campaigns” to educate stakeholders and decision makers so legislative and regulatory changes are supported shapes economic growth and works to bridge the gap. Principle Advantage has successfully represented clients across an array of industries—including traditional and renewable energy, health, technology, transportation, non-profits, local governments and quasi-governmental authorities. They also guide businesses in strengthening their profiles, missions, and branding through strategic connections with key stakeholders.

Principle Advantage has successfully represented the VFDA since 2016. The Principle Advantage team looks forward to continuing to develop strategies for and represent the VFDA before the Virginia General Assembly for many years to come.
