SFDA meeting (Southside Funeral Directors Association)

Subject: Southside meeting Wednesday, November 19

Hello all,

 I hope this email finds you well.  I spoke with several of you that were not at the past two meetings and was pleased at the level of interest many of you have.  I hope you will make an effort to attend learn more about the benefits of being a part of Southside.

 The next Southside Funeral Directors Association meeting will be Wednesday, November 19^th.  We will meet at Neighbors Place, 104 Paulette Circle, Lynchburg, VA.  We have a private room on the left as soon as you walk into the restaurant.

 The cost for the meal will be $40.00 per person that will include the cost of the meal, tip and tax.  Please make checks payable to Southside Funeral Directors Assoc.

 Cocktails to begin at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting and dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m.

 There will not be CEU’s offered at this meeting as we should spend some discussion time reviewing the attached by-laws and discussing any changes or updates we should make.  We also need to discuss a list of officers.

 Having a strong Southside Association will allow us to bring relevant classes that can benefit our staff and firms closer to home, while updating us on legislative issues as well.
